This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by hotph through its online gaming platform accessible at hotph.vip, including all associated pages, game lobbies, payment interfaces, customer support systems, and promotional communications.

• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR KYC requirements;

• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of last transaction or Account closure, as required under Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction and Gaming Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, or longer if required by a regulatory authority or legal proceeding.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing investigation or legal matter.

If you are dissatisfied with hotph's handling of a data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The hotph Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. hotph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The Platform is not designed for, targeted at, or intended for use by minors.

All hotph Account registrations require age verification as part of the KYC process. If hotph discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, hotph will:

• Immediately suspend the Account;
• Delete or anonymise the minor's personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• Return any real-money balance remaining in the Account;
• Report the matter to PAGCOR if required under applicable regulatory obligations.

Some of hotph's technology providers, game software partners, and cloud infrastructure services may be located outside the Philippines. hotph's primary server infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Cross-border transfers occur only where technically or operationally necessary for the delivery of specific Platform services, and only with appropriate protections in place.

hotph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be published on hotph.vip with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how hotph processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — hotph will notify registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hotph Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
